Return And Exchange Policy

At Prestiged VVS, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established the following return and exchange policy:
Return Window:
Customers may request returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date the product has been delivered.
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 26% will apply to all returned items. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all jewelry/products must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.
Exceptions:
Customers will not incur a restocking fee for incorrect items or for products that are damaged or faulty upon receipt. In such cases, customers are required to contact Prestiged VVS immediately upon delivery, and this must be done within the 7-day return window.
